Allight has based its in-house manufacturing systems on the principles of the Toyota Production System. What this means is that we have the inbuilt flexibility to deliver promptly to our customers and ensure consistent quality. The in-process hand-offs of the manufacturing system ensure that quality is built through standardised work practises, so you receive an identical product time after time.
Whilst we import world leading know-how to make sure our manufacturing process is spot on, at Allight we’re proud that every unit is fully assembled and tested in our own facilities, including our head office in Perth, Western Australia.
